Delivered a competitive analysis project with detailed report to a major Open Access scholarly publisher, completing the work within a condensed two week timeframe, to meet the client’s overall schedule for completing its strategic analysis.

Workshops and industry events
Co-facilitated the Peer Review Innovations workshop during the Researcher to Reader 2024 Conference in London, working with a diverse group of industry peers to identify gaps and innovations in the scholarly communications process.

Working with partners on specific projects
Collaborated with a marketing and communications agency on a number of research projects, including an overview of open research provision by scholarly publishers and benchmarking of user support offerings from publishers.
