Delivered a competitive analysis project with detailed report to a major Open Access scholarly publisher, completing the work within a condensed two week timeframe, to meet the client’s overall schedule for completing its strategic analysis.
Co-facilitated the Peer Review Innovations workshop during the Researcher to Reader 2024 Conference in London, working with a diverse group of industry peers to identify gaps and innovations in the scholarly communications process.
Collaborating with marketing and communications agency The International Bunch on research projects, including Open Research provision by scholarly publishers and benchmarking of user support offerings from publishers.
